The organization’s work team can answer the following questions to the extent of each situation related to artificial intelligence (AI) to know how to get it (the AI) in a good (that is, in a legally valid -that is, in a legally diligent; that is, in a legally effective, including in a legally certain-) way:
- Has your/the organization’s work team detected/deciphered the scope of the involved AI that already exists or that is going to exist or that will exist? That is: Does your/the organization know the legal effects/consequences/impact/condition/situation of the said AI? Does the organization legally foresee and, properly, attend to the legal requirements that must-be accomplished since the ideation of the said AI until the last element, and, properly, until the last form of existence of the said AI (with respect to the elements that -legally- depend on the organization/work team?
- Does the work team know how rights and duties exist facing the said AI?
- Does the work team know how to comply with what is defined in the law regarding the way in which it applies to each member in each legal relationship linked to the said AI?
- Does the work team know the concept of legal relationship and how to make sure that in each environment with that condition (that is, in each environment that signifies a legal relationship) the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties exist with respect to the said AI?
- Does the organization have a legally valid way/plan to attend each novelty related to the said AI to permit the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties about the said AI, even regarding the non-foreseeable situations in the short, middle, and/or long term? If so, has the organization tried that solution in a simulation? That way really mitigates risks and, properly, attends to what is defined in the law (-understood- as a whole), that is, permits the compliance with the law in every moment (in every time and space, and properly, regarding each fact) related to the said AI (that is, is it -really- a solution)?
