Why train the hiring organization’s legal team? Because the organization’s work team (lawyers and/or non-lawyers) need to know how the foundations of law exist with respect to artificial intelligence and we have an exclusive focus and high level, original and useful knowledge about it that will let them get clarity regarding the way to comply with what is defined in the law (as a whole) face to AI. They can even be lawyers and/or non-lawyers with a background in the relationship between law and information and communication technology (ICT).
Why do we only train the organization’s lawyers and not the rest of the work team‘s members? Considering that lawyers and/or non-lawyers already know the law -some elements regarding the law- (and have legal skills -skills regarding the law- they can process/understand/obtain the information/knowledge we share with them in a fast, accountable, and simple way. Also, they are focused directly on the law. On legal issues. And they have a passion, have understood the importance of law or will understand it. Their professional field is the law. So, they will improve their knowledge once they get our clarity and will be able to share it (to share that/our/their -new, complemented, updated, improved, upskilled, strengthened- knowledge) with the hiring organization and, properly, to transfer it to (within -to share it with-) the hiring organization.
Every legal team need us? Yes, because we will teach them jurisprudence, the science of law, foundations of law face to artificial intelligence. They are focused on daily legal issues, and we are focused on clarifying and explaining to them the legal foundations of AI in a rigorous yet simple way. Once they get our knowledge, they will be able to know how to apply the legal norms (rules and principles) about artificial intelligence to the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties tailored to it (tailored to AI).
Why is our knowledge applicable worldwide? The enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties only exist when there is the application of what is defined in the legal foundations to the extent of the facts of each legal relationship. In this case, to the extent of the legal relationship’s facts that are related to artificial intelligence.
Is the law the same worldwide? The law (as a whole) is only one. Law is only one. And there are local norms. So, when there is the knowledge and application of what is defined in the law (as a whole) there is clarity about how to comply with local norms, foreign norms, international norms, and, in general, all the norms applicable in each legal relationship. And because what is defined in the law as a whole is called (is known as; means; are) the foundations of law once a work team knows our knowledge has the skills to understand and apply what is defined in the law and that includes the clarity about how to comply with the specific norms applicable in each case, that is, in each legal relationship.
