JURÍDIA offers training for legal teams (worldwide) on the legal foundations (that is, the foundations of law) regarding artificial intelligence (AI, A.I.). It can be about the general subject or focused on a specific topic. Like commercial digital advertising.

For example, we can teach a legal team the legal foundations with respect to the consumer’s and company’s rights and duties face to -facing- commercial digital advertising.   • Legal validity’s conditions of existence (which includes the legal effectiveness’ conditions of existence -which in turn includes the legal certainty’s conditions of existence-).

More specifically, these are (some) foundations of law (legal foundations):

  • Nobody is forced to (do) the impossible.
  • What is (legally) foreseeable must be (legally) attended, based on the way in which (what is defined in) the law (-understood- as a whole) applies in the situation linked to that (tailored to the extent of the facts of the said situation).

As you can see once the legal team gets this knowledge is capable (able) to know -knowing- how legally valid commercial digital advertising exists. In relation to the topic of the respective (legal) training.

The legal team’s members will have clarity about how to make, use, and maintain commercial digital advertising in a legally valid way (that is, in a way that coincides with -respect to- what is defined in the law -as a whole).   • Will be able to detect when those elements and, in general, the (involved) -commercial digital- advertising (as a whole) exist in a legally valid way or in a legally invalid way.
  • And, properly, the legal team member will have the (legal) skill to know how to self-regulate (the elements of) commercial digital advertising to exist in a legally valid (effective -properly, good-) way.
